The client confirms by taking a mature/adult rated commission that he/she/they is 18 years or older.

Requesting of the commission(s) is via commission form only, Leviah Kuro does not give out private platforms as Discord, Whatsapp, Instagram or Telegram.

I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES consent for any of my art to be made into an NFT or sold for any type of cryptocurrency If I find that ANYONE has violated this rule I will immediately blacklist and post bewares to warn other artists. I have 0 patience or tolerance for NFTs/crypto.

The desired character(s) belong to the client self or the client has the permission to use these for the ordered commission. All the owners are comfortable with the scené/ topic of the artwork. If the client violated this rule the client will be blocked from future transactions/payment will be held.

It’s very important/necessary that the client of all informations like reference sheets, art examples, ideas or other additional information for the commission are written down in the form by the client before hand and not afterwards!

Only visual reference sheets with flat colored body view of the character. With clearly recognizable anatomy, colors, markings etc. This helps for a better communication and working flow for a good result of the commission. (doesn't applie to reference commissions!)

After starting the commission the working progress can take between 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the recent orders, the artist works in first come first serve order.

You will recieve 2 sketches, first a rough one that can be adjusted, after that a clean adjusted sketch where if needed can be adjusted, after that the artist won't make changes in the artwork.

Payment is through paypal unless discussed differently.

Payment is in Euro, payment must be done within 48hours after receiving the invoice from the artist. [Note that if payment has not taken place within that time period the artist won't start the commission]

If there is trouble with the time window, contact the artist to discuss other options.

If the Commissioner (you), wishes to terminate the project the following applies;

If the work is yet to be started, the commissioner receives a full refund.

If only a sketch has been completed (excluding sketch commissions*) the Commissioner receives a full refund.

If Lineart has begun or been completed, the Commissioner receives a partial refund of 50%

If any progress pass Lineart has been made the commissioner will not receive a refund.

All Sketch Commissions are Non-Refundable.

If the Artist decides to terminate the project, they do not own an explanation, and a full refund will occur.

After finishing the artwork the client receives a high resolution and a cropped version of the artwork, it's not allowed to remove the watermark of the artist.

When the client wants a NSFW artwork (e.g interactions, complex poses, large amount of fluids) and Leviah Kuro has agreed to it, they will need to pay a extra fee of €15-€25.

Leviah Kuro reserves the © Copyright for the final product and the right to use it for personal portofolies, presitations and inspirations. The high resolution will be kept private by Leviah Kuro and the client, while the cropped/resized file will be shown to the public. The client accepts that Leviah Kuro published cropped/resized files and WIP of the commission will be on her social media accounts (Instagram, Deviantart etc.)

The client receives two versions 1 high resolution and a cropped version of the artwork. The final high resolution is for personal/private uses only! Only Resized file can be re-uploaded but they NEED to credit Leviah Kuro for the artwork! The drawn character(s) are coprighted to their respective owner(s) or client.
